At Mount Erin College, the student voice is highly valued and actively contributes to setting future directions. Student leadership opportunities are widely available at all year levels through an active Mount Erin Student Event Management (MESEM), Student Representative Council, and programs such as the Supportive Friends Program which provides Peer Support and Mediation.
Students take on real leadership responsibilities including participating on the College Board and running Whole School Assemblies, Awards Night, and the Valedictory Dinner. Students at all levels are enthusiastically involved in running all types of activities for their peers at recess and lunchtimes which in turn has developed a real sense of school connectedness. Our students play an active role in supporting charities and wider community service activities.
