Our school fosters a friendly and safe environment where students take pride in being involved in the wider community to expand their learning opportunities. Great value is placed on genuine and meaningful involvement within the local community, and students are provided many opportunities throughout their time at Mount Erin College to make a difference and participate in multiple community partnerships and activities.
Philanthropic, Corporate and Community Support
We have built strong relationships with local businesses and community organisations such as the Village Baxter, providing mutually beneficial programs that enable our students to build a strong sense of community . Students are encouraged to undertake co-curricular activities that contribute positively and to understand issues within a local and global context.
For students to reach their full potential we need to work together, in partnership with you; our Families and Community members. Education is about developing the necessary skills in our students to be confident and contributing members of our local and global community. We; the leaders of today, through building a strong college community, can nurture the social, psychological and intellectual development of our students; tomorrow’s leaders.
We are always seeking extra funding, partnerships, and community involvement to expand the horizons of our students, support the work of learning and teaching at the school, and provide enhancement and hands-on experiences beyond the normal classroom that are otherwise not possible.

Mount Erin Connect
Mount Erin Connect is our parent association. It is not a fundraising group but a ‘bridge’ to enable networking with other parents/families/community members, an opportunity to communicate more effectively, and to build a strong meaningful community. This is a great way to be involved. Read more >>
